Recipe Mi godog Java - Food is usually sold in street stalls and open every night that many in the area jogja. Clear soupy noodles cooked with duck egg mixture is very tasty and delicious, the spices were simple ....
Ingredients:
* Yellow egg noodles, boiled and drained
* Vermicelli noodles, boiled and drained
* Chicken meat, boiled ago
* 1 egg duck / chicken
* 3 pieces of veal meatballs, cut into pieces
* 2 cabbage leaves, cut into pieces
* 1 leek, sliced
* 400 ml broth (former poach chicken)
* Red chili
* oil
* Fried onions and celery for topping.
* Yellow egg noodles, boiled and drained
* Vermicelli noodles, boiled and drained
* Chicken meat, boiled ago
* 1 egg duck / chicken
* 3 pieces of veal meatballs, cut into pieces
* 2 cabbage leaves, cut into pieces
* 1 leek, sliced
* 400 ml broth (former poach chicken)
* Red chili
* oil
* Fried onions and celery for topping.
Spices:
* 2 cloves garlic, mashed
* 2 spring onions, puree
* 1 whole nutmeg, crushed
* Salt to taste
* Ground pepper to taste
* Sugar to taste
How to cook:
1. Heat oil, saute spice paste.
2. Add the eggs, meatballs and chicken meat that has been disuwir-shredded, stir.
3. Pour broth, cook boil hinggak
4. Enter the leaves of cabbage, green onion and cayenne pepper.
5. Enter the egg noodles and vermicelli (little roughly for 1 serving), add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
6. Serve in a bowl and give it a sprinkling of fried onions and celery in it.
