Cake Recipe


Rainbow Cake
Recipe by Besta Arlita

ingredients:
210 grams of refined sugar
7 + 7 btr egg yolk eggs whole grains
1 tbsp SP ---- dy: 3 tsp
210 gr Flour triangle
15 gr milk powder
210 gr Margarine melted --- dy: 50 gr 160 gr Margarine + Wysman
Dyes: unggu, Blue, Green, Yellow, OrangeMerah --- to taste
How to Make:
- Beat egg + SP + sugar until thick
- Stir in the flour mix
- Pour the liquid margarine and stir until blended back
- Weigh 190-200gr kurleb batter batter give color
- Pour into the pan 22X22X4cm
- Bake at 150-10 degrees Celsius kurleb 15 minutes until cooked

Note:
Because I just got all the ingredients finally Otang munggil I to 3 (so the dough whipped in 3 batches)

Cheese Frosting

- Krimcis  (100g finely grated cheese +100 +35 g ml UHT milk Butter)
- Whipcream (100gr Whcc powder + 200 ml of water ice)
- 5 tablespoons powdered sugar

How to Make:
- Mix the ingredients krimcis gaduungan steam for 7 minutes then turn off the heat stir and let stand 5 minutes in a steamer and set aside
- Beat until fluffy whipcream
- Enter krimcis fake and powdered sugar into the mixture and beat until smooth Whc

finishing:
- Take one sheet cake (sort ya ... from the bottom up: purple, Blue: Green; Yellow; Orange: Red and rub with cheese frosting --- do it up
- The top of the cake give grated chees
